Delete Account
If you no longer wish to use WhaleLink, you can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion by email.
How to delete
- In the app (immediate): Settings → Security → Delete Account — confirm with your password and the account is deleted right away.
- By email: write to whalelink@unicgames.com from your registered address, including your account identifier (username / email / phone). We process email requests within 15 business days and notify you when it is done.
What deletion means
- The account can no longer be signed into and cannot be restored
- Hosts, sharing grants and settings under the account are deleted
- Subscriptions are not refunded; request refunds via the purchase channel
- Purchased gems are not refunded
Before you delete
- Revoke any host sharing grants you issued
- Back up any data you want to keep
- Cancel auto-renewal if you are still inside a billing period
